Routeways Innovative Technologies has defined policies that guide the running of the organisation as follows:

– Human resource management policy

The human resource management policy for Routeways Innovative Technologies Limited is a planned approach to managing people effectively. It aims to establish a more open, flexible and caring management style so that staff will be motivated, developed and managed in a way they can give of their best to support the company as well as have job satisfaction.

– Occupational health and safety policy

Routeways fully accepts the obligations placed upon it by the various acts covering health and safety. We also recognise the sanctity of life and have put safety measures to eliminate and mitigate risk in all our sites and offices. We strive to create a safe environment for all our stakeholders.

– Customer service policy

Customer service is a top priority at Routeways Innovative Technologies Limited. All customers are treated promptly and respectfully without regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, language proficiency, social or economic status. Routeways philosophy revolves around giving customers a great experience from the moment they make an enquiry all the way to after onboarding for our solutions.

– Business Continuity plan and policy

We have a business continuity plan in place to offer guidance on restoration of critical business processes in the event of disruption to normal processes. The template includes an overview of continuity operations, outlines the approach for supporting critical business functions and defines the roles and responsibilities for staff. It also outlines the order of succession, notification procedures and communication methods, plan activation and deactivation protocols, provision for alternate work locations and the plan for maintaining and restoring access to vital records.

Further to the above, we are also in the process of implementing an integrated management system based on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

– Environmental Management Policy

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and recognise the importance of our environmental performance as part of our overall business success. As part of our integrated management system (IMS) we have developed, maintain and continually improve an environmental management system (EMS) in line with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 to constitently achieve all our compliance objectives and ensure that our operational activities prevent pollution and embrace environmental opportunities.
